Boston, MA – Jan.27.08Marijuana Measures Head to Voters, Hill The Committee for Sensible Marijuana Policy, which is sponsoring a ballot effort to decriminalize the possession of less than an ounce of pot in the state of Massachusetts, has submitted over 81,000 petition signatures to the Secretary of State.
